Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Pay Rate : $20.40 / hour

Work Schedule : Tuesday - Friday 11 : 30am - 8pm / Saturday 9am - 6pm / Monday - Friday 11 : 30am - 8pm

Work Location Type : Onsite

Responsibilities :

• Primary resource for inbound telephone calls to minimize workflow interruptions
• Handle inbound and outbound calls to schedule medication delivery and payment
• Directly respond to customer inquiries or route calls to the appropriate staff
• Update progress notes to ensure other roles within the workflow are informed
• Provide customer service through manipulation of management information system
• Answer patient questions and concerns during refill scheduling
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints to clinicians

The pay range for this position is $20.40 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
