Caldera Care Center is now hiring an experienced Nursing Home Administrator / Executive Director (NHA)! Come join our amazing team!

Pay Range : $130,000+ DOE

What you will do :

• Supervises employees as assigned, including managing their attendance and disciplinary action
• Accounts Receivable functions
• Participates in center's QAPI processes, including implementation and management of respective PIP(s)
• Strives to maximize revenue opportunities; including ancillary revenue
• Labor and Workforce Planning : follows PPD budgeting and management and ensures all staffing ratios meet Federal regulatory requirements
• Manage supervision of Resident Trust accounts
• Risk Management and Safety program management
• Complies with all federal regulations as they pertain to HIPAA, Resident Rights, etc.

Compensation for roles at Caldera Care varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by state and local law, Caldera Care provides a reasonable pay scale to include the hourly or salary range that Caldera Care expects to pay for roles they may be hired in Washington, as stated below :

Pay Range : $130,000+ per year Depending on Experience
