Energy Rental Service Intern

Job Overview :

The Energy Rental Service Intern will get to experience all aspects of the Energy Rental Service Business. Interns should expect to work no more than 29 hours per week. Through a Work-Based Learning program, the student will gain hands-on experience while completing their high school education. This opportunity not only provides valuable exposure to real-world work environments but also helps the student explore potential career paths within our organization.

Responsibilities

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Contributes to a positive work environment and promotes the vision, mission and values of BMC.
• Completes all job responsibilities in a safe manner, promotes and champions a safe and healthy work environment.
• Completes all required safety training, ensures compliance with safety policy and procedures, and encourages an accident-free safety culture.
• Support technicians in day-to-day activities such as bulk item inventory, shop cleaning, equipment loading / unloading, and equipment maintenance.
• Job shadow outside sales reps to understand our business and customers' needs.
• Travel with technicians and assist where possible.
• Job shadow other field service departments to understand our business and customers' needs.
• Interact with and maintain good business relations with employees and customers.
• Other duties as assigned.
