Utah First Credit Union is seeking to add a full-time (40-hours a week) Digital Support Specialist to the team at our downtown Salt Lake City, UT office. This individual provides exceptional service and strives to improve our customers' financial lives by cross-selling products and services as well as producing loans. The schedule for the Digital Support Specialist falls within these hours : Monday-Friday 8 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM and some Saturdays 9 : 00 AM- 3 : 00 PM .

We pay our Digital Support Specialist a competitive base wage starting at $20 / hour , depending on experience, and a generous incentive pay structure. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DIGITAL SUPPORT SPECIALIST

A Digital Support Specialist answers in-bound questions about transactions, loans, accounts and services of the credit union that come from home banking and our webpage. Employees respond to after-hours phone requests. Your superb customer service skills allow you to expertly answer questions from customers. You capture business by cross-selling credit union products and services that meet customer needs and improve their financial well-being.

You also have the opportunity to interact with customers over the phone. In every interaction, you are sure to provide exceptional customer service. To stay at the top of your game, you participate in individual and credit union training. You enjoy coming to work each day in our upbeat, fast-paced environment to help our customers achieve their financial goals.

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent, 18-years-old or older, customer service and financial services experience.
