Required : NY License in hand

BLS

ACLS

Nurse must be to read rhythms and must pass a hospital proctored test that requires >

80% accuracy in rhythm identification and 100% accuracy in identifying critical rhythms

Epic-charting exp

Minimum 2 year experience

Critical drip and CVA experience a plus, at least one year current experience with telemetry population

Flu Vaccine or exemption

Ratio : 1 : 4-5
