We are seeking a skilled CNC Field Service Technician specializing in grinding and / or lathe service, assembly, and maintenance. In this role, you will install, troubleshoot, and repair CNC equipment while providing technical support and training to customers. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and electrical skills, experience with machine tools, and a customer-focused mindset.

Location : Chandler, AZ!

Schedule : 1st Shift / Extensive travel is required (85%+), including overnight stays.

Pay rate : $38 - $42

Duties :

Install, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems on CNC machine tools.

Provide diagnostic support for warranty and non-warranty products, both on-site and remotely.

Demonstrate and instruct customers on machine operation and maintenance.

Coordinate with customers on machine upgrades, special options, and service needs.

Maintain clear communication with customers until all quality issues are resolved.

Share technical knowledge with other field service staff and collaborate with various departments.

Requirements :

Minimum 2 years of experience in troubleshooting and repair of CNC equipment (or equivalent education / experience).

Hands-on experience with CNC equipment; ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics.

Understanding of machine design, operation, and repair practices.

Proficiency in troubleshooting mechanical / electrical systems and PLCs.

Strong problem-solving skills and a team-oriented attitude.
