American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc. seeks Directors, Digital Product Management to lead the architecture strategy and delivery for digital products across the full product life cycle, from initial discovery to final implementation, by partnering with product and engineering teams. Define scalable risk management solutions and technical capabilities to support a wide range of digital products and customer journeys. Develop and communicate architecture solutions tailored to various stakeholder groups and organizational levels. Design and implement release strategies that align with business goals and drive measurable outcomes. Perform solution architecture for digital platforms by applying advanced software design principles. Enhance customer digital journeys through improved service design, experience standardization, and continuous solution improvement. Collaborate with solution and enterprise architects to elevate the technical platform across the portfolio. Position requires a Master’s degree in Applied Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related STEM field, and 2 years of experience with digital product development and business analysis in an enterprise setting. Experience must include 1 year of experience with each of the following : translating technical and business objectives into software solutions; software development lifecycle (SDLC) and launching products in Agile and Scrum environments; performing data analysis to generate organizational insights; documenting solutions and requirements using Confluence; creating workflow diagrams using Visio; developing user stories, linking business requirements, and conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT); managing the data project lifecycle, including requirement gathering and analysis, solution design, implementation, and testing; working with cross-functional teams; and utilizing algorithms, API, Cornerstone, Cucumber, Excel Macros, Gitlab, Jenkins, Jira, MongoDB, MS Visio, Postgres, Python, R language, Rally, SQL queries, and Trello. Telecommuting is available up to 2 days per week.
