This is not an IT or computer-related role we're looking for mechanically inclined individuals with experience in electrical systems, automotive repair, HVAC, or similar fields.

Onin Staffing is seeking a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to help customers troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AC units and HVAC equipment.

Schedule : Monday to Friday.

Pay rate : $20-25 / hr.

Temp to perm.

What You'll Do :

• Provide over-the-phone and virtual support to customers and technicians
• Guide users through mechanical and electrical troubleshooting steps
• Read and interpret technical diagrams or manuals
• Document issues and escalate complex problems as needed
• Communicate clearly and patiently with customers of all backgrounds
