Key Responsibilities Act as the first line of support for client project teams Answer technical queries on API integrations and system usage Investigate and resolve mid-level technical issues while providing ongoing support to live clients Required Qualifications 1-3 years' experience in a similar role (Technical BA, Technical Project Manager, Client Support, or similar) Strong technical aptitude with a focus on APIs, data checks, and system troubleshooting Based in Sri Lanka (remote, work from home) Strong English language skills (written & spoken) Experience in SaaS or digital product environments is a plus
