Program Analyst
The Program Analyst plays a critical role in supporting DoD contracts and Joint Mission Integration and Experimentation (JMIE) range operations, providing expertise in warfare analysis, mission engineering, and interface control management. As a skilled Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) or Interface Control Officer (ICO) for Navy Tactical Data Links (TDLs), they will leverage their advanced training, strong communication and coordination skills, and knowledge of Navy TDL standards and protocols to inform experiment design, manage the tactical data link picture, and deliver high-impact analysis and recommendations to senior leaders. With a focus on ensuring effective joint operations and communication between units and systems, they will work closely with DoD stakeholders to identify and address operational gaps and develop solutions that drive joint operational effectiveness and communication across the warfighting domains.

Education
BS in related STEM field Required
Pay Range
95,000.00 to $130,000.00 annually, DOE
U.S. Citizenship is Required
Security Clearance : Candidates must have an active TS / SCI clearance OR the ability to obtain a US Government TS / SCI security clearance and will be subject to a US security background investigation (i.e. favorable background investigation / credit score). Additional eligibility requirements for access to various levels of classified information may also be required. An active security clearance is highly desirable.
