The Director of Product Development will lead our product development efforts in our Dallas, TX location. This role is responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation and design to development, launch, and post-launch optimization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, cross-functional leadership, and a deep understanding of market trends and customer needs. As the Director of Product Development, you will work closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and division leaders to ensure that our products meet business goals and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
