Overview

Our client is a publicly traded, well-funded biotech located in the Boston / Cambridge area. They have a first-in-class pipeline / technology and are seeking to establish the Commercial and cross-functional strategy from scratch, during its most critical stage. They are looking for an experienced Chief Commercial Officer with extensive strategic planning across pipeline, launch, access, and internal / external collaboration.

They want a dynamic commercial executive who thrives in a smaller company environment, is growth-focused, demonstrates strong emotional intelligence and executive presence, and enjoys collaboration, strategy, and hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Provide executive-level Commercial leadership, oversight, strategy, planning, and cross-functional guidance across the Commercial organization.
• Build, lead, and scale the Commercial organization from scratch.
• Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to the CEO, other C-suite executives, and the Board of Directors.
• Collaborate across all stages of R&D, Clinical Development, and Medical Affairs.
• Hands-on executive leadership and execution across all Commercial capabilities.
