Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Responsibilities :

Receive materials and process accompanying paperwork

Ensure purchase order boards are kept up to date

Coordinate deliveries according to departmental needs

Maintain a clean and organized warehouse

Enforce company safety policies

Perform maintenance on shop vehicles

Assist the shop supervisor as needed

Coordinate and maintain company tools and tool records

Assist other departments as needed based on workload

Qualifications :

High school diploma or equivalent

In-depth knowledge of fiberglass and sheet metal fabrication

Understanding of HVAC / R systems and related supporting utilities

Ability to work independently without supervision

Ability to effectively manage and motivate team members

Ability to process shipping and receiving paperwork accurately

Work Environment :

Physical activities include standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders

Daily walking and lifting of 20 pounds or more required

Use of upper extremities for forward and overhead reaching, pushing, pulling, and material handling

Use of torso and lower extremities for kneeling, crawling, stooping, twisting, and squatting
