What You Will Be Doing

Deliver clinical and case management services as part of a mobile crisis team.

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

Treat patients with co-occurring substance abuse and mental health conditions.

Maintain timely and high-quality documentation.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care.

Skills You Need

Master’s degree in Social Work.

NYS Registration / Certification as a Social Worker (LMSW or LCSW).

Experience in hospital or community health settings preferred.

Familiarity with PM Schedule and LMSW / LCSW utilization.

Strong clinical skills in dual diagnosis treatment.
