What You'll Do
Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into ServiceNow solutionsHelp coordinate the implementation and adoption of ServiceNow across departmentsAnalyze current processes and identify opportunities for improvement through the platformAssist with user training and support as the platform rolls outDocument system configurations, processes, and proceduresMonitor system performance and recommend enhancementsServe as a liaison between IT and business units to ensure technology solutions meet operational needsWhat You'll Learn
