Job Description

Locaton : Barony Place

Compensation : Starting at $19+ / hr depending on experience

We are seeking a full-time, experienced Leasing Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, organized and have great attention to detail.

Tasks include, but are not limited to :

Greeting and handling 'Walk In' traffic
Showing Apartments
Leasing, marketing and public relations of the community
Guest Card Completion
Application processing
Completion of required reporting to MSHDA, HUD, PHA and other government oversight departments
Resident Retention
Scheduling of contractors and maintenance to ensure proper apartment turns
Walking vacant units to ensure that they are market ready
Lease signings

Qualifications :

Must work well in a team environment

Problem solver with a high sense of urgency

LIHTC, Section 8, Public Housing and / or RAD experience preferred

Strong attention to detail

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Exceptional customer service skills

2 years verifiable experience
