Occupational Therapist (OT) – Travel / Contract

📍 Location : Pueblo, CO

📅 Contract Length : 26 weeks (potential to convert to permanent)

💵 Rate : $50–$63 / hour (W2 only)

🕐 Schedule : Monday–Friday or Sunday–Thursday (flexible based on candidate preference)

🧭 Start Date : End of November (current traveler completing assignment)

About the Role

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our Resident Rehab Practice in Pueblo, CO. This 26-week contract offers the opportunity to work in a forward-thinking facility that’s recently integrated a new sensory program —bringing in modern, tech-enhanced tools and resources that truly set this rehab team apart.

As part of a collaborative, resident-focused environment, you’ll help patients reach their highest level of independence through personalized treatment plans and evidence-based practices.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate and treat residents in accordance with state and federal regulations.
  • Develop individualized care plans and document progress accurately.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PTs, SLPs, nursing staff, etc.).
  • Utilize innovative sensory and technology-based rehab tools.
  • Support a positive, patient-centered therapy culture.

Qualifications

  • Active Occupational Therapy license in Colorado (or eligibility to obtain).
  • Minimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred; rehab or SNF background a plus.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
