Recruitment Consultant

Our UK-based client is seeking an experienced Recruitment Consultant with a solid background in both international hiring and agency recruitment. Manage end-to-end recruitment for international roles across multiple sectors.
Build and maintain strong client relationships with UK-based and global organisations.
Source candidates using a variety of platforms including LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and talent pools.
Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and manage the offer process.
Collaborate with clients to understand role requirements, cultural fit, and long-term hiring goals.
Negotiate terms with clients and candidates in line with company guidelines.
Meet and exceed monthly performance and placement targets.
Maintain accurate records using the company's ATS and CRM systems.
Provide market insight and strategic hiring advice to clients.
Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in international placements.
Proven background in a recruitment agency or consultancy environment.
Strong understanding of UK and / or global hiring markets.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and hit KPIs.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter.
Access to a reliable internet connection and a laptop or desktop computer.
