About the Role :
- Schedule Development & Management : You will build fully integrated EPCM schedules from scratch using CPM methodology, incorporating project documents and understanding EPCM principles.
- Schedule Integrity : You will ensure the integrity of schedule inputs during the update process and support look-ahead processes for activity and resource allocation.
- Client & Team Collaboration : You will support client-facing schedule reviews, working closely with Project Management and Construction Management teams.
- Earned Value Management : You will understand and implement EVM principles, ensuring schedule and EVM alignment throughout the project.
- Schedule Analysis & Reporting : You will create, update, and analyze CPM schedules, communicate schedule status through formal and informal meetings and reports, and support workarounds and schedule improvement ideas.
Who You Are :
Experienced Professional : You have a minimum of 5+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience on EPCM projects.Primavera P6 Expert : You have a minimum of 5 years of Primavera P6 software experience and schedule analysis.Construction Knowledge : You possess a good understanding of building construction, timelines, and practices.EVM Proficiency : You have experience with Earned Value Management (EVM).Technical Expertise : You have the ability to create, update, and analyze CPM schedules, and coordinate the project's earned value system with schedule updates.Collaborative & Communicative : You have experience interacting with contractors using collaborative pull planning software (preferred) and possess excellent communication skills.Required Skills :
Ability to build a fully integrated EPCM schedule from scratch using CPM methodology.Understanding of EPCM project principles related to schedule logic and activity duration.Experience ensuring integrity of schedule inputs and supporting look-ahead processes.Ability to communicate schedule status regularly via formal and informal meetings and reports.Knowledge of general application of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards.Additional Info :
