Position Overview :

The Workshop Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the overhaul and repair workshop. This position is responsible for managing the end- to- end process of shop floor order execution including workforce capacity planning material and tooling procurement and scheduling. Acting as the central interface between engineering logistics and workshop teams the Workshop Coordinator ensures timely delivery of overhaul and repair jobs while maintaining quality standards and optimizing workflows.

This position will work onsite at our Waller TX facility . Hours are Monday Friday 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM.

Responsibilities :

• Ensure availability of materials tools and consumables for workshop operations
• Coordinate with engineering and logistics to resolve bottlenecks and maintain workflow continuity
• Schedule and prioritize daily workshop activities to meet deadlines
• Act as the liaison between engineering logistics and workshop teams
• Prepare and manage work orders including scheduling and technical documentation
• Create update and review WIP jobs to track labor and material usage
• Define overhaul scope and ensure accurate billing setup in ERP systems
• Monitor job progress and adjust plans as needed to meet delivery targets
• Support workflow optimization and continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain accurate records of work preparation and execution activities
• Communicate proactively with workshop staff management and customers
• Handle direct and indirect customer interactions professionally
• Maintain a clean work area
• Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity
