We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Data Analyst to support our reporting initiatives by delivering timely, accurate, and actionable insights. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that values autonomy, initiative, and accountability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain standard and ad hoc health management reports.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality, timely reporting.
  • Create benchmark data and support analytical tools using SQL, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Consolidate and analyze data for business reporting and decision-making.
  • Maintain data integrity and apply best practices in data stewardship.
  • Identify and resolve data quality issues in partnership with relevant teams.
  • Stay current with data technologies and organizational data usage.
  • Provide exceptional service aligned with Lockton’s values.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Insurance, or Economics.
  • Proficiency in SQL and advanced Excel; familiarity with Tableau and Power BI preferred.
  • Experience with claims data, CPT, and ICD-10 codes is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to present to all organizational levels.
  • Effectively manage multiple projects while delivering innovative and efficient solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret data sources, workflows, formulas, and resulting outputs.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project ownership.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
