Aspire Heating & Cooling is looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician ready to take their career to the next level. What We Offer :

Earn $80,000 to $150,000 per year (base pay + incentives) depending on experience and performance, top technicians can earn over $180,000 a year !!!!

4-day work week with rotating 4-day weekends off

Up to 4 weeks of paid vacation, 6 paid holidays, and a floating birthday holiday

What You'll Do :

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems

Educate homeowners on system performance and efficiency

Deliver professional, courteous customer service

Uphold safety and quality standards on every job

What We're Looking For :

Minimum 2 years of HVAC service experience

EPA certification (or ability to obtain)

Strong diagnostic, communication, and customer service skills

Positive attitude and reliable work ethic

Valid driver's license and clean driving record
