About the Role
The Company is in search of a new President and CEO to lead the organization through a significant leadership transition and into a new chapter of strategic growth. The ideal candidate will be a visionary and relationship-driven leader with a proven track record in organizational leadership, strategic planning, and building partnerships. This role requires a leader who can guide the organization with a focus on the future, particularly as it approaches its 45th anniversary in 2026. Experience in social services, community-based nonprofits, and a strong network of community partnerships within the relevant ecosystem are also key qualifications. The new President and CEO will work closely with an engaged Board of Directors, management team, and staff to continue the transformative growth and maintain the strong financial position that the organization has achieved.
