Are you a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) who wants to do more than just relieve pain? At QfitU, we help adults 40+ move better, feel stronger, and live powerfully—through a unique blend of bodywork and functional fitness.

We’re looking for an LMT who’s passionate about recovery and excited to collaborate with coaches to offer holistic, high-touch care. Whether you're already exploring fitness coaching or want to stay focused on therapeutic massage, we’d love to meet you.

What Success Looks Like :

Delivering high-quality manual therapy tailored to client needs

Supporting injury prevention, movement quality, and post-session recovery

Growing your skills in a supportive, wellness-driven studio

Building a loyal client base through results and relationships

Responsibilities :

• Provide individualized massage and / or stretch therapy focused on recovery and pain relief
• Collaborate with coaches to align bodywork with fitness programs
• Educate clients on self-care, mobility, and stretching
• Keep detailed session notes and treatment plans
• Participate in wellness events, workshops, and community outreach

Qualifications :

Bonus if you’re enrolled in—or curious about—personal training certification to deepen your client care offering.
