Position Overview : We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent problem-solving skills, and a passion for working with data. The Data Analyst will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide insights and support decision-making for our healthcare organization. Key Responsibilities : - Collect, organize, and analyze large and complex healthcare datasets using tools such as SQL, Excel, and Tableau - Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports to support business operations and decision-making - Identify trends, patterns, and insights from data and communicate findings to stakeholders - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and develop solutions to meet business requirements - Monitor and ensure data accuracy, completeness, and integrity - Create and maintain data documentation and data dictionaries - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation to optimize data management and reporting processes - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting Qualifications : - Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field - 2+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably in the healthcare industry - Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools such as Tableau - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw insights - Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with large datasets - Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams - Experience with data modeling and database design is a plus - Knowledge of healthcare data and regulations (HIPAA, HEDIS, etc.) is preferred - Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously Joining our team at First Care Medical means being a part of a dynamic and growing organization that is dedicated to making a positive impact in the healthcare industry.
