Job Description :
- We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled professional for a critical customer-facing Contractor, Service Contract and Warranty role that operates at the intersection of business, compliance, and execution.
- This Fully Onsite, high-level, fast-paced, and demanding position serves as the primary point of contact for all contractual matters, with full ownership of a dedicated portfolio of customers.
- From unit induction to quoting and final delivery, the Senior Analyst will lead every phase of the process - ensuring exceptional customer experience, financial alignment, and operational efficiency.
- As the front-line representative for both government and commercial customers, this role requires someone who can build trust, drive results, and ensure compliance with negotiated terms, internal policies, and financial objectives.
- Success in this role hinges on strong cross-functional collaboration, as the contractor will work closely with teams across Program Management, Engineering, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, International Trade Compliance, and Client leadership to deliver on commitments and exceed expectations.
Responsibilities :
Review incoming repair paperwork daily and ensure induction of units within hours; return or route non-product components, as necessary.Manage contractual relationships with a high-volume aerospace customer, acting as the point of contact for contract execution, issue resolution, and strategic discussions.Obtain customer quote approvals and resolve open receivables by collaborating with internal finance teams and external customers.Communicate contractual obligations internally to ensure operational teams are aligned on customer requirements.Partner with International Trade Compliance (ITC) to ensure all import / export activity is properly vetted and compliant.Track and support internal financial objectives, including milestones, progress payments, payment terms, and collections.Coordinate with the customer and internal demand management team to align hardware forecasts and ensure timely deliveries.Participate in process improvement initiatives and reporting efforts to help streamline contract workflows and reporting.Escalate risks and non-compliance matters to appropriate functional leads and support mitigation planning.Requirements :
SAP experience, especially in contract management or order processing modulesExperience with financial concepts such as quote review, pricing strategies, or A / R resolutionPrior experience in an aerospace, defense, or highly regulated environmentKnowledge of export / import regulations or prior collaboration with Trade ComplianceExcel SkillsEducation :
