ABOUT THE ROLE :

As part of the HR team at Skechers the Internal Engagement & Communications Specialist will play a key role in shaping the employee experience by creating communications and campaigns that connect employees to our culture learning opportunities and engagement initiatives. This role will partner closely with the Learning & Engagement Technology Manager to support projects such as LMS campaigns global engagement programs onboarding communications and recognition initiatives. The position will focus on bringing clarity creativity and consistency to HR messaging while leveraging learning and engagement technologies to ensure employees have access to the right tools resources and information at the right time.

WHAT YOULL DO :

• Own the end-to-end delivery of HR communications and engagement initiatives ensuring campaigns are executed with speed efficiency and measurable impact.
• Create compelling digital content (intranet articles newsletters emails graphics videos) that strengthens employee connection to Skechers culture values and global people strategy.
• Manage and optimize communication calendars aligning messaging with critical HR priorities such as onboarding recognition performance and leadership development.
• Partner with the Learning & Engagement Technology Manager to drive adoption of LMS and engagement platforms linking usage to productivity and talent outcomes.
• Streamline and standardize communication processes to reduce redundancy improve consistency and maximize ROI across all channels.
• Track analyze and report engagement metrics using data-driven insights to continuously improve effectiveness and demonstrate business value.
• Operate with a hands-on ownership mindsetequally skilled at drafting content designing assets and presenting outcomes to leadership.
