About the Project

Stablecoins are becoming the financial rails of the future fast, reliable, and cost-efficient infrastructure that bridges TradFi and Web3.

As traditional finance migrates onto these rails, one thing is clear : no dollar should stay idle.

We are building the Stablecoins Yield Unit a new business vertical within P2P.org that merges the best of both worlds : the stability and structure of TradFi with the transparency, automation, and innovation of Web3.

Our mission is to become the default stablecoin yield infrastructure for leading intermediaries exchanges, custodians, wallets, and neobanks and to power the majority of stablecoin yield flows across these ecosystems.

We aim to :

Deliver the safest, legally approved access to best-in-class yield (balancing risk and reward).

Build proprietary technology enabling instant liquidity, advanced risk analytics, and seamless user flows.

Activate dormant stablecoin capital through API, SDK, and widget integrations that make earning yield effortless.

This unit operates like a startup within P2P.org with full ownership over strategy, execution, and market growth.

Who we are looking for

We are seeking a Head of Stablecoins Yield Unit an entrepreneurial leader who lives at the intersection of TradFi and Web3.

Youve built or scaled financial products before. You understand how treasuries, funds, and family offices allocate capital, and you know what drives their risk and yield decisions.

Youre equally fluent in on-chain mechanics, DeFi protocols, and tokenized liquidity. You dont need anyone to explain how blockchain works you can explain it yourself.

Youre not here to manage. Youre here to build, lead, and set direction.

This role is about turning a powerful narrative stablecoins as the new financial rails into a tangible business that shapes how billions of dollars earn yield across ecosystems.

You will

Lead and scale the Stablecoin Yield Unit, defining strategy, structure, and execution.

Shape and deliver the vision for stablecoin-based yield products that combine Web3 innovation with TradFi reliability.

Design and launch products that appeal to treasuries, family offices, VCs, and institutional investors.

Build strategic partnerships with exchanges, custodians, and CaaS platforms to distribute yield at scale.

Oversee the creation of proprietary technology : APIs, SDKs, and liquidity solutions for seamless integration.

Build and mentor a cross-functional team (product, engineering, analytics, BD).

Ensure risk, compliance, and transparency frameworks that meet institutional standards.

Represent P2P.org as a thought leader in the evolving stablecoin and DeFi yield ecosystem.

You have

6+ years in product, strategy, or leadership roles within fintech, TradFi, or Web3.

Proven experience launching and scaling financial products (funds, yield products, treasury, DeFi solutions).

Strong understanding of stablecoin markets, DeFi yield mechanics, and risk frameworks.

Network and experience working with exchanges, custodians, neobanks, or institutional clients.

Entrepreneurial mindset youve built or scaled something from scratch.

Excellent strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and execution skills.

Deep familiarity with on-chain analytics, liquidity, and yield optimization is a strong plus.

Fluent English and exceptional communication skills.
