About the role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead product development across our hardware‑enabled software platform and help define what comes next. This is a highly cross‑functional role with big impact : you’ll ship tools that get used daily by public works teams, engineering consultants, and civic leaders. You’ll collaborate with design, engineering, and go‑to‑market teams to prioritize the most urgent problems and deliver elegant, effective solutions — fast.

What you’ll do

• Work closely with the leadership team to understand the company’s vision and identify problems to solve that align with that vision
• Partner with customers and internal stakeholders to understand key jobs‑to‑be‑done and translate them into smart, focused product decisions
• Define and track clear success metrics tied to usage, retention, and business growth
• Work closely with engineering and design to scope work, unblock decisions, and execute with urgency
• Support GTM efforts by collaborating on launch strategy, pricing experiments, and product demos
• Help shape the product culture at Cyvl — you’ll be an early and foundational member of the team
