• Position : Staff Physical Therapist - out-patient
• Hourly Pay Range : $38-$59.94. The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
• Endeavor Health is currently conducting a comprehensive review of our compensation structure. The new minimum for this role will be adjusted to $38.67 base pay hourly rate beginning with May 2025 paychecks. (for hot jobs only)
• SIGN-ON BONUS : $10,000
• Location : Sky Fitness (Buffalo Grove)
• Full Time / Part Time : Full-Time, 40 hours per week
• Hours : Flexible hours 7 am - 7 pm ( M-Th), 7 am -5 : 30 pm (Fri), some Saturdays possible
• Required Travel : no
