Assistant, Foundation

UTA seeks an Assistant to support the Foundation team's Client Social Impact practice in our Los Angeles office. This Assistant role will work collaboratively across the UTA Foundation team, supporting the social impact goals of clients and foundation programming. The ideal candidate is an ambitious and highly organized individual, who works well with a team, and is able to work quickly while exercising good judgment.

The UTA Foundation team works across UTA's department programming and clients including, but not limited to, actors, musicians, athletes, digital influencers, writers and more.

This is a full-time position with benefits and will pay $24.00 per hour.

What You Will Do

• Maintain contacts and manage calendar; schedule meetings and calls, internally and externally in support of executives
• Maintain client research database; research and track client philanthropy opportunities
• Draft emails and pitches in support of client projects and campaigns
• Conduct research, analysis, and vetting of non-profit organizations in support of projects
• Create PowerPoint presentations, case-studies, and maintain various grids for the department
• Strong project management skills, used to proactively support client activations, community partnerships, and programs to benefit the team
