Location : Multiple Program Options – Outpatient or Residential

Schedule : Full-Time, 5 Days / Week (Weekend Availability Preferred)

Compensation : $72,000 – $85,000 (Based on Experience)

About the Opportunity

Our client, a respected and growing treatment center organization, is seeking a compassionate and skilled Primary / Family Therapist to join their clinical team. This role offers the flexibility to work within either an outpatient program or a residential program , providing therapeutic support to individuals and families navigating the path to recovery.

This is a full-time position with excellent benefits — including fully paid medical coverage — and a competitive salary range based on your experience and credentials.

Key Responsibilities

Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions in accordance with treatment plans.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.

Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.

Support clients and families through all phases of treatment, fostering engagement and trust.

Participate in case reviews, staff meetings, and ongoing training to support professional growth.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field (required).

1,000+ clinical hours preferred.

Licensed or license-eligible in the state of practice (LMFT, LCSW, LPC, etc.).

Experience in substance use disorder treatment, mental health, or related settings strongly preferred.

Weekend availability is a plus.
