About the Job :

DICO INCORPORATED, a 50-year-old Concrete Construction Company, is currently seeking for a Cost Estimator who is goal-oriented, a leader, and self-motivated.

Requirements :

• The successful applicant will be responsible for reading and analyzing documentation and drawings to prepare accurate estimates for labor, time, cost, and material.
• Will also consult with vendors, clients, and construction foremen in order to formulate competitive bids.
• The Cost Estimator is a Sales Team Leader and coordinates when preparing the estimates for bids. During the process, may consult with the clients, engineers, architects, and others for the preparation of such bids.
• The ideal candidate will have the capacity for working in a busy office environment where multi-tasking, prioritizing, and attention to detail are required. Should have the working knowledge about concrete, rebar, and recommend ways to make a project more profitable.
