Location : Maryland Heights Center for Behavioral Health

Shifts Available : 7 : 00 AM - 7 : 00 PM or 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM

Join us at our 20-bed inpatient behavioral health hospital dedicated to geriatric psychiatric care . We're looking for passionate CNAs who want to make a difference in the lives of patients with mental and cognitive health conditions.

What You'll Do :

Support RNs and providers in delivering high-quality psychiatric care

Provide direct patient interaction and engagement

Assist with individual and group activities

Help maintain a safe, clean, and supportive environment

Monitor and report on patient mental and physical health

Conduct therapeutic groups for geriatric patients

What You Need :

• High school diploma or GED
• Active CNA certification (required)
• BLS certification (required)
• 1+ year experience in geriatric behavioral health (preferred)
• Basic computer skills (preferred)
