We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record in delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders and system integrations. This role requires strong leadership, the ability to work under minimal supervision, and the confidence to make independent decisions. Experience in Agile frameworks and enterprise content management solutions is essential. The Project Manager will collaborate with a variety of team members, including senior leadership across the organization.

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of product and project leadership on initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and system integrations
• 6+ years of experience managing projects with enterprise content management (ECM) solutions
• Strong background in state or large public-sector budget and expense tracking
• Proficient in Agile methodologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience managing or leading projects within public-sector agencies or large enterprises
• 3+ years of Agile / Scrum participation
• Familiarity with ECM platforms such as Alfresco, including customization, maintenance, and enhancement implementation
• Knowledge of industry-standard project management practices for large-scale government or public-sector environments
