About The Position

Job Title : Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Profession : Respiratory Therapy Specialty : Respiratory Therapy Duration : 13 Weeks Shift : Night Hours per Shift : 12 Experience : Minimum 1 Year License : Required Certifications : ACLS, BLS, NRP, PALS Description : Contract position for Respiratory Therapist (RRT) for 13 weeks. Shift hours are from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM. No on-call requirements are necessary. Candidates must possess ACLS and BLS certifications. Experience in oxygen therapy, ventilator therapy, and nebulizer therapy is essential. Ideal candidates will exhibit strong interpersonal skills and work well in a team environment. Day shift staff consists of one RRT from 6 : 30 AM to 7 : 00 PM. Night shift staff will follow the same patient care protocols. The unit supports a range of respiratory care equipment including ventilators and bipaps. There are opportunities for permanent positions available on the unit. Candidates with experience in the specified required skills will be prioritized.
