Learning And Development Manager

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Learning And Development Manager with 6 or more years of experience in a similar role. This is a great temp opportunity within located in Windsor, Ct.

Responsibilities :

  • Convert strategic learning roadmaps from Senior Learning Consultants into clear, actionable project plans.
  • Own the full lifecycle of L&D projects — from scheduling and budgeting to resource coordination and delivery — using Monday.com.
  • Monitor timelines, flag risks early, and pivot plans as needed to keep initiatives on track.
  • Act as the central hub between SLCs, business partners, instructional designers, facilitators, and external vendors.
  • Align all contributors on goals, deliverables, and deadlines.
  • Keep stakeholders informed with timely updates and escalate issues proactively.
  • Manage logistics for both virtual and in-person learning experiences, including communications, enrollment, materials, and tech setup.
  • Partner with LMS admins and IT teams to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Help define success metrics and gather data to evaluate program impact.
  • Collect learner feedback and identify opportunities to refine and improve future initiatives.
  • Maintains compliance with federal, state and city regulations concerning employment law. Collaborates to find solutions to reduce compliance risk in employment regulations for programs.

Qualifications :

  • Proficient with Excel and LMS
  • Experience :

  • 5-7 years of experience in a Learning And Development role
  • Employment Type : Temp

    Salary : $45-55 / hr.

    Pay Details : $45.00 to $55.00 per hour
