About the Role

We are seeking experienced talent to join our Tax Department. This role offers an opportunity to work with a variety of clients across industries, and mentor junior staff while developing expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and oversee tax compliance and planning for individuals, businesses, and other entities, ensuring accuracy and adherence to tax laws.
• Analyze complex tax matters, identifying key insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
• Manage multiple client engagements, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high standard of quality.
• Stay current with evolving tax regulations, industry trends, and technological advancements impacting tax compliance and advisory services.
• Effectively communicate with clients and internal teams to provide guidance, resolve tax-related issues, and ensure a seamless engagement process.

Compensation

At M|H, compensation is designed to reflect an individual’s experience, qualifications, and market conditions within their role. The salary range (or starting rate for interns) for this position takes multiple factors into account, including education, relevant skills, work experience, certifications, and location. As a result, the final offer for the selected candidate(s) may fall anywhere within the stated range.

Compensation Range : $75,000 - 85,000

This position is bonus eligible.
