OVERVIEW :
We’re seeking a jack-of-all-trades Service Desk Analyst who is interested in a contract to hire opportunity with our client in Shaker Heights. This will be working onsite M-F. The Hiring Team is targeting someone who is passionate about solving problems, eager to learn, and ready to get hands-on with a wide range of technologies. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys variety in their day-to-day work and takes pride in being the go-to person for all things tech.
Required Skills & Experience
- Technical Troubleshooting : Strong ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across various platforms (Windows, macOS, mobile devices).
- Hands-On Mentality : Willingness to physically set up, configure, and repair devices and peripherals as needed.
- Versatility : A true jack-of-all-trades—comfortable switching between tasks, tools, and technologies.
- Customer Service Orientation : Excellent communication skills and a helpful attitude when supporting end users.
