The Role
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be integral to the expansion of TrueLoyal's pipeline by generating qualified new business opportunities within the enterprise segment. You will act as the front line of the sales process, engaging with prospects and nurturing initial interest to set up high-quality meetings for the Account Executive team.

Requirements
Your Main Responsibilities :
Outbound Prospecting : Proactively research and identify potential accounts and key stakeholders (managers to C-level) within target industries (retail, QSR, travel, entertainment).Lead Qualification : Conduct high-volume outreach via email, phone, and social channels to qualify inbound marketing leads and strategically nurture prospects.Meeting Generation : Successfully articulate TrueLoyal's value proposition to potential customers and book discovery meetings for the Enterprise Account Executives.CRM Management : Maintain impeccable pipeline hygiene in the CRM, accurately tracking all activities and qualifying information to ensure seamless handoffs.Collaboration : Work closely with Account Executives and Marketing to ensure alignment on messaging, territory strategy, and campaign execution.Ideally, You’ll Bring :
3-5+ years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or similar role (SaaS / B2B preferred).Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets for qualified opportunities.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.A high level of organization and process-driven approach to pipeline management.Ability to thrive in a constantly changing, fast-paced, high-growth environment.Familiarity with sales tools (CRM, AI based outreach platforms, prospecting databases).This Job Description indicates the general nature and level of work expected of the incumbent(s).
