About the Role
The Company is in search of a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to serve as a strategic link between HR and business operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that HR strategies are in line with the organization's goals, managing the full employee lifecycle, and fostering a high-performing, engaged workforce. This role demands a professional with a blend of strategic thinking, strong interpersonal skills, and a deep understanding of HR practices, particularly in the areas of talent management, performance management, and organizational development. Key responsibilities for the HRBP include collaborating with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies, handling employee relations with a focus on coaching, mediation, and policy enforcement, and actively participating in talent management processes such as headcount planning and onboarding. The role also involves managing performance review processes, and promotion processes, and providing guidance on employee development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a university degree in HR or a related field, at least 10 years of HR experience, with a preference for those with a background in financial services, and a proven track record of working in a global company. The HRBP must be a trusted advocate with a deep desire to connect with employees, and have the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
