Sr Project Manager - Facilities

Overview

The Senior Project Manager's role is the overall responsibility for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project. Through contacts with users, architects, engineers, and code officials, the employee will be involved with all phases of design and construction management including user programming, design, construction, close-out / evaluation, and budget reporting.

Involved with all phases of design and construction management including user programming, design, construction, close-out / evaluation, and budget reporting. Responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of a project.

Must have understanding of accepted construction practices and building codes including familiarity to the IDPH guidelines and other various regulatory guidelines. Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications of mechanical and electrical systems. Excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills. Ability to sketch proposed designs. Personal computer skills including spreadsheet and word processing experience. Understanding of basic accounting principles. Understanding and ability to create project schedules. Ability to function independently. Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this position is $33.72per hour - $58per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
