What You'll Be Doing :

  • Build and prepare production race engines for TRD's race teams.
  • Assemble components according to engineering specifications, following established processes and procedures.
  • Deliver high-quality work, addressing both scheduled and unscheduled tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail in both assembly processes and documentation.
  • Update and maintain electronic build books with accurate component information.
  • Support continuous improvement by refining processes and procedures in collaboration with team members.
  • Troubleshoot issues and build technical understanding to resolve challenges effectively.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and tour-ready work area at all times.

What You'll Bring :

  • Minimum High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum five years' experience in a racing engine environment.
  • Hands-on engine, cylinder head and sub-assembly builds
  • Deep understanding of internal combustion engines
  • Strong mechanical aptitude with expertise in precise engine build measurements and tooling, including and not limited to clearance, torque, and stretch.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Physical requirements are listed below but not limited to :

  • Standing : Frequent / Intermittent Up to 3 hours per day
  • Walking : Occasionally / Intermittent Up to 3 hours per day
  • Sitting : Occasionally / Intermittent
  • Lifting : Up to 50 lbs., occasionally / Intermittent
  • Carrying : Up to 50 lbs., occasionally / Intermittent
  • Pushing / Pulling : 100 lbs., occasionally / Intermittent

  • The annual base salary range for this position is $69,300.00 - $112,600.00.
