The Therapy Manager functions within the framework of the objectives and standards of the Department of Physical Rehabilitation. The Therapy Manager has the authority and responsibility for 24-hour planning, organizing, directing, coordinating, and controlling of all therapy services in all venues within the Department of Physical Rehabilitation in compliance with all hospital and departmental policies. CARF experience a plus.
Position Requirements :
Education : Bachelors degree or higher in PT, OT, or Speech Therapy required. Master's degree in related healthcare or business field required. Doctorate degree preferred.
Licensure : Licensed and currently registered to practice as a therapy professional in the state of IL
Certifications : Certified in CPR, national certification preferred.
Experience : Demonstrated clinical expertise in therapy services. Minimum of three years progressive leadership experience.
