Legal Secretary x 2 San Diego & Century City

Location : San Diego (Carmel Valley) & Century City, CA

Compensation : Up to $140,000 (San Diego) | Up to $105,000 (Century City)

Schedule : Hybrid 4 days onsite per week

Hours : 7-hour workday (plus 1-hour lunch), minimal overtime

What Youll Do :

San Diego Office (Litigation + occasional transactional) :

• Format and prepare legal documents (pleadings, briefs, motions, discovery requests) for electronic filing in state and federal courts.
• Manage time entry for attorneys.
• Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports.
• Screen and route calls, conference calls, and messages for attorneys and clients.
