Technical Lead

A company is looking for a Technical Lead to join their engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze product requirements and produce high-quality, production-ready code

Directly manage and mentor a team of engineers while fostering a culture of ownership and collaboration

Own the technical architecture for major initiatives and guide the team through complex technical decisions

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in frontend and backend development

Experience leading or mentoring engineers

Strong fundamentals in React and experience with Typescript / Node

Experience in a startup environment with a fast-paced work style

Ability to balance hands-on technical work with people management
