The City of Tallahassee is seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to serve as a Technology Innovation Program Manager within the Technology and Innovations Department. This position involves high-level administrative, professional, and supervisory responsibilities, overseeing team managers and coordinating technology-based projects that support city and inter-local government operations, including Leon County and GIS units.
The TI Program Manager will serve as a coordinator to internal departments, ensuring the effective resolution of all T&I-related issues, projects, and information needs. This role requires strong leadership and communication skills to build and maintain close working relationships across multiple departments, analyzing their business processes and aligning technology solutions to meet their strategic goals.

Minimum Training & Experience
Possession of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, management information systems, business, or public administration, or a related field, and four years of technical or professional experience that includes computer systems analysis / business process analysis. Two years of the required experience must include project management responsibilities.
Possession of a master’s degree in computer science, and three years of technical or professional experience that includes computer systems analysis / business process analysis. Two years of the required experience must include project management responsibilities.
Possession of a high school diploma or GED, and possess eight years of technical or professional experience that includes computer systems analysis / business process analysis. Two years of the required experience must include project management responsibilities.
Salary Range
32.4586 to $88.0790 / hourly. Hiring rate generally will not exceed $59.1798 / hour
Driver's License Requirements
At the department director’s discretion, a valid Class E State driver’s license may be required at the time of appointment.
