As a Principal Consultant, you'll work directly with clients to uncover insight, rapidly iterate business and technology strategies, and help teams move forward with clarity and confidence.

You'll be part of a strategy team grounded in service blueprinting and focused on enabling clients to adopt solutions that are adopted, used, and provide real business impact. This is a role for someone who leads with curiosity, translates listening into action, and drives strategy all the way through to execution.

What You'll Do

You'll lead with insight, structure, and a focus on real impact. You will :

• Frame the right problem. Lead research and discovery efforts that uncover client needs and surface strategic clarity.
• Build trust early. Support pre-sales and early-stage conversations with sharp thinking, strong presence, and simple solutions.
• Guide to clarity. Facilitate workshops and working sessions across disciplines, guiding momentum even in ambiguity.
• Make ideas actionable. Excellence in storytelling is critical to turning strategy into decisions and helping teams move forward with clarity and confidence.
• Grow re-usable assets. Help evolve UDig's strategy frameworks, toolkits, and accelerators to scale what works.
• Bridge disciplines. Work seamlessly with engineers, designers, analysts, and business leaders to align execution with intent.
• Be a trusted partner. Show up as a confident, thoughtful voice clients rely on-not just for strategy, but for how to act on it.
