Summary
The Content Designer plays a vital role in crafting purposeful, inclusive content that empowers employees to grow, learn, and thrive in their careers. With a focus on internal programs such as career development, learning pathways, and organizational initiatives, this role ensures content is aligned with the company’s culture, values, and strategic vision. This position assists in the development and design of both new and existing training programs and may facilitate content as needed.
Job Duties & Functions
- Design and implement engaging content for internal programs focused on learning, career pathing and growth, and leadership development.
- Develop and enhance content based on performance measurement, feedback, and evolving learning needs.
- Create supporting resources and scalable tools to empower employees and managers (e.g., guides, templates, toolkits).
- Build and update interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise and Storyline.
- Lead and contribute to special content design projects that support broader strategic initiatives or ad-hoc needs.
- Ensure strong alignment between content proposals and delivery methods to maximize impact and relevance.
- Facilitate workshops related to career development, leadership skills, and other internal learning initiatives.
- Effectively communicate learning programs, resources, and key takeaways to drive understanding, engagement, and adoption.
