About the Position

Project Architect / Project Manager to lead high-value architectural projects in the commercial interiors, hospitality, and residential sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop an understanding of the client, their priorities, preferences, and communication style; execute the project to engender trust and deepen client relationships.
• Understand the internal and external teams and navigate the project to a successful conclusion.
• Lead project design and project management, initially with the aid of principals or other personnel, with the intent of leading autonomously.
• Oversee all phases of projects from schematic design through construction administration.
• Produce and manage project schedules, work plans, client correspondence, and documentation.
• Support teammates’ efforts to help them succeed; mentor junior staff members.
